Artist portrait – LOREMO art blog

A tribute to my artistic journey

Dear art lovers and friends,

I am very pleased to present to you today a special highlight of my activities this year: An artist portrait about me, created by LOREMO, a renowned art blog known for its excellent aesthetics and good taste.

This lovingly written article traces my artistic journey in detail – from my early beginnings and my enthusiasm for sailing, through my encounter with the respected Chiemsee painter Paul Paulus, to my decision to combine art history and business studies.

LOREMO highlights how I ventured into a larger studio and how this fueled my artistic success. This is visible in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and in many sustainable collaborations.

In our collaboration, LOREMO focuses on my abstract, non-figurative works of art. I was particularly touched by how LOREMO described my work: “Silke von Clarmann has an extraordinary talent for creating abstract works of art that transcend the boundaries of reality.”

My ability to convey emotions in a subtle way through abstract shapes and color combinations and to create them using bitumen, the “black gold”, is something very special.

I am honored and deeply grateful for this appreciation of my work. It is a confirmation that art is a universal language that can reach and touch people all over the world.

I invite you to read the full artist portrait on LOREMO and see for yourself my artistic abstract journey. Here is the link to the full article.

Thank you for your continued support and interest in my art. I look forward to continuing to take you with me on my artistic journey.

Sincerely,
Silke von Clarmann
